Service scope
Jev API Pro provides a workspace and API for classification. Model results can be incorrect and are not professional, legal, medical, credit, or employment advice. You are responsible for evaluating results and authorizing actions in your own systems.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep access credentials private. Do not bypass limits, abuse free accounts, interfere with the service, or submit data you have no right to process. We may restrict accounts when needed to protect the service or investigate payment disputes.
Access and credits
Plans provide prepaid access for the stated period and the listed credits. Annual access is paid upfront for 365 days. Quarterly access lasts 90 days; monthly access lasts 30 days. No automatic renewal is applied. Purchased credits do not expire, but API access requires an active access period. Free allowances may be limited to protect capacity.
Failures, billing, and support
A failed account decision is refunded in the credit ledger. Model availability depends on upstream services. Contact contact@jevapi.pro promptly for accidental purchases or billing problems; applicable consumer rights are not excluded. No specific accuracy, revenue outcome, or uptime agreement is promised by self-service plans.
