Include review work
Estimate monthly records, seconds of manual work per record, loaded hourly cost, and the share that still needs review. Review can take longer than normal classification when a case is difficult. Include that time explicitly.
Compare the right costs
Annual plans are billed upfront. The calculator spreads the annual price across 12 months only to compare costs. Implementation, training, and exception handling are separate costs that you should include in a purchasing decision.
Validate before you scale
Measure a pilot on representative traffic. Compare actual review rate and processing time with your assumptions. A negative estimate is useful: it may mean a simple rule or your existing workflow is the better choice.
